Conclusions/Recommendations

To speak frankly, I can’t get the damned body to reanimate. I have tried everything I possibly can, and I just can’t do it. The other doctors and scientists think I am chasing a rabbit down a hole with this one. We have determined that the brain continues to be active for at least six minutes after all other vital functions cease. Why I can’t replicate the alchemical properties of cranial fluids is beyond my understanding at this point in time.

I will continue, however, as I will not be made a fool of. Especially the arrogance of Dr. Strand. If any of you reading this take his word for anything you are just as big of an idiot as he is. He plays around with toxins and venoms all day. What does he know?

I recommend a full overhaul of the alchemical properties. We need to re-determine the make-up of the cranial fluids, the spinal fluids, and the blood. All efforts to replicate the interactions of neurological activity have failed. With what we have at the current moment, we were able to make the corpse quiver and shake, and as others call that partial reanimation, I call it a failure. Unless the corpse is able to replicate activities it had once done while alive then it is not a reanimation.

Honestly, I need some time off. I have been in the laboratory for as long as I remember. I need to clear my head and think anew. I will take at least three days off from the filing of this report. I could use a drink, something I haven’t had for at least the past six months.
